Description

Join me for an unforgettable glassblowing class in Pulborough where you will learn all the basics of lampwork glassmaking. In this four-hour workshop, you’ll get hands-on experience, starting with creating a small clear sun catcher and working your way up to using vibrant colours to produce beautiful pendants and window ornaments.
Don’t worry if you’re a beginner – this class is designed to guide you through the process step by step. I will provide expert guidance and support as you learn the art of shaping molten glass.
Throughout the workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to make at least four pieces of glass to take home. You’ll create unique, personalised pieces that reflect your creativity and newfound skills.

Please note that the finished items will need to be placed in the kiln overnight to ensure their strength and durability. Don’t worry, though – you can either pick them up at a later date or have them posted to you for a small additional charge.
During this exciting workshop, you’ll immerse yourself in the world of glassmaking, discovering the magic and beauty of transforming molten glass into stunning works of art. You’ll gain a deep appreciation for this ancient craft, and leave with a sense of pride as you showcase your handcrafted glassware.

There will be a maximum of 3 students per course. Click the link below for dates and more details. If you are unable to attend the dates listed and there are two or three people making a booking, we can arrange an alternative one that is more convenient for you, including week days.

Gift vouchers are also available if you are looking to buy a workshop day as a gift.

Location: My studio in Pulborough.

Price: £170 per 4 hour session including materials.

Session Times:  10am – 2pm and 3pm – 7pm
