Description
The honeybee is probably one of the best-known of all insects in the world. It performs a vital role in the pollination of flowering plants.
Made by laying coloured glass over a clear core I apply the glass to replicate the markings on the body. Black glass for the legs gives and extra element of detail.
I have created these from transparent borosilicate glass they measure approximately 30mm. Each is completely handmade and will vary in size, shape and colour.
They look perfect hanging in windows, children’s bedrooms, conservatories and porches.
